A. What you’ll be accountable for:
Instructional Planning:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior and establish classroom culture.
Content Design and Delivery:
- Design and deliver engaging and informative lectures or lessons.
- Use various teaching methods, media, and technology to enhance learning.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Create and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments to assess student understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback and grades to students and parents.
Individualized Support:
- Identify and address individual students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Offer extra help or accommodations to students with special needs.
Curriculum Development:
- Participate in curriculum design and modification.
- Stay updated with educational trends and research to enhance teaching materials.
Parent and Community Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences, community chaupals or campaigns, and school events.
Professional Development:
- Through workshops, courses, and self-study, continuously improve teaching skills and subject matter knowledge.
- Stay current with educational technology and pedagogical advancements.

Education and Experience: Graduated in education, social work, and social sciences. 0-1 year of teaching experience or working experience (Full-time/Part-time) or engaged as a child psychologist and curriculum developer.
